Summer variant.

The show is going on and the next step is polish Wisla Malinka.Really nice hill.Named in honor  of the great ski jumper Adam Malysz!And needless to say that i,m looking forward to see the competitions live.Summer variant,lovely and have its own specifics.Year ago,it were the troubles with flood lights and everything around has plunged into the darkness.It hasn’t spoiled the show and impression.The pilot event,grand opening,no matter all the difficulties,  all were just great.It was victory for Maciej Kot there.For the joy of local crowd,who’re always providing a good support to the sportsmen all around the globe.And especially at home turf.Zakopane will be a good example.There are thousands of the fans,who were ready to shout ,scream,applause,wave their flags.Wonderful atmosphere.Almost the same,or almost the same was in Wisla.

How is will be this time?We will see it tomorrow,when the team contest will be started.Tonight it was the qual.Missed it.Typical for me in the summer.Ghastly small amount of the free time i have nowadays.Just has survived the small,but intensive business trip to Moscow.A lot of movements,talks,dinners,tourist trips.Now its total Russian salad in my head. 😆 And its impossible to gather the thoughts together.Dear me….Need some good rest.This never ending  run against the clock is exhausting…..Well…..at the first look,it weren’t any live broadcasts,so it useless to search for reviews.

Ok,back to the main topic.It was the german march at Hinterzarten.Awesome performance and the victory of Richard Freitag.And the great comeback of Janne Ahonen ended the competitions in 7th place.Not bad,but we and he,want more,of course.He was a bit shy in his comments,but notwithstanding  :“A very good opening race. When  went here to jump, i did not know what to expect from all this. But after all, it is now much easier to go to the nextnotwithstanding race.“The first round  was so-so and it was still enough  room for improvement, with the timing,i was  too hurry and serfdom,should have been more relaxed found.And i had to search for the solutions of this problem as fast as it was possible. The second was better, but still not good. Now as made my  jumps in the same conditions and i,m able to compare myself  with the top jumpers,everything is clear for me,what i can and what need to be improved  When it is  the first jump you not really understanding,what other can deliver and how high the bar is raised for you.” Its hard to disagree.At least now he is understanding,how hard,or easy will be his quest.

Team Norge.Tom Hilde was among the best.Also Andi B is somewhere around.Best slovenian was Matjaz Pungertar.Good luck in Wisla.The qual was quite nice for both of my teams.
